Trade-Only Policy
This website is for trade purposes only, and trade prices are available with a minimum purchase of £75.00. The general public is not allowed to purchase, and registration details will be verified for authenticity.
Ownership and Delivery of Goods
All goods remain the property of Boltify Telesales Limited until full payment is received. Goods must be inspected upon delivery, and any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. Except for faulty or damaged goods reported within 48 hours, all items are non-returnable.
Pricing, Taxes, and Promotional Offers
Prices exclude VAT and delivery charges, and if an item is underpriced, we reserve the right not to supply it at that price, informing you of the correct price. We require your email to send promotional offers and receipts, and you may opt out anytime. We also conduct identity checks for fraud prevention using registered databases, and you must provide accurate details and confirm ownership of your payment method. Notify us of any changes to your provided information, and all purchases are non-transferable. We may alter or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
Incorrect Pricing and Cancellations
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount, including delivery charges.

Delivery Times and Customs
Delivery times are approximate and based on courier information. We are not liable for delays or issues beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. It is recommended to report any lost shipments dispatched by third-party couriers. Order early to avoid delays during UK Bank Holidays, and delivery depends on your local courier service.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. You must contact us at customerservice@boltify.co.uk for a return/refund reference number. Only items that are defective or supplied in error may be returned. Items that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged cannot be returned. You will be responsible for return delivery costs and any associated risks, and it is advised to use recorded delivery. Delivery charges are refundable only if the item is faulty or incorrect. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery for an exchange. Faulty goods may be returned within 7 days, and replacements requested within 14 days.
Product Availability and Stock Policy
Products and services may be withdrawn at any time. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation. ‘Stock’ items refer to those available from the manufacturer upon request.
